Acupuncture

Gentle Healing Through Ancient Wisdom
Acupuncture restores balance by stimulating specific points along your body’s energy pathways, or "meridians." By improving the flow of Qi (vital energy), acupuncture promotes healing and reduces discomfort naturally.

Why Acupuncture?

  • Targets root causes, not just symptoms.

  • Minimal discomfort with hair-thin, sterile needles.

  • Supports recovery for various conditions, from chronic pain to stress.

Discover how this ancient therapy can restore balance to your life.

Gentle Healing Through Ancient Wisdom

Moxibustion

Nourish and Revitalize Your Body with Moxa Therapy

Moxibustion involves burning mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) near your skin to warm and invigorate energy flow, enhance circulation, and strengthen your immune system.

Benefits of Moxibustion:

  • Alleviates pain and inflammation.

  • Improves digestion and energy levels.

  • Complements acupuncture for deeper healing.

This time-tested therapy supports your body’s natural ability to heal.

Cupping

Restore Balance and Relieve Tension with Cupping Therapy

Cupping uses suction to improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and detoxify your body. This practice, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, is a favorite among athletes and wellness enthusiasts for its holistic benefits.

What to Expect:

  • Gentle suction enhances blood flow and reduces inflammation.

  • Aids recovery and promotes relaxation.

  • Suitable for stress, pain, and injury recovery.

Add cupping to your wellness routine for a rejuvenating experience.

FAQ

  • The needles are extremely thin, and they cause no pain. Our needles are sterile and are only used once.

  • Most of our patients are able to get great results with once a week visits. No one ever gets toned muscles after one trip to the gym. Likewise, acupuncture for headaches or migraines and natural therapies work best in a series of treatments.

  • Absolutely. Your hormonal system – and your body as a whole – is capable of healing itself, especially when it has the nutritional support and specialized natural therapies we offer to help it get back on track. We’ve seen this firsthand in our clinic over and over.

  • We recommend checking with your insurance company to see if acupuncture is included in your plan. We can provide itemized receipts if you wish to submit a claim.

  • Results vary, of course. That being said, over 70% of our patients report a significant decrease in pain and inflammation , rise in energy, decrease of symptoms within a few weeks. However, your situation is unique and once we meet with you we will be able to give you our best estimate of time and prognosis of outcome.
